Our wish at Oscailt (which means opening), is to create a space that helps people open up to their innate capacity to enhance, maintain and restore their health and well-being.

We offer an integrated approach to well-being, through paths such as Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, Psychotherapy, Massage and a variety of complementary therapies. We invite you to explore what we have to offer.
