Our wish at Oscailt (which means opening), is to create a space that helps people open up to their innate capacity to enhance, maintain and restore their health and well-being.
We offer an integrated approach to well-being, through paths such as Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, Psychotherapy, Massage and a variety of complementary therapies. We invite you to explore what we have to offer.

The Shop at Oscailt
Our shop stocks a range of high quality supplies to support your meditation practice. These include our original Oscailt Meditation cushions, a range of books and CDs on Mindfulness and Meditation, in addition to traditional mediation bells, bowls, Yoga Mats, Incense and Greeting Cards. The Shop is located in our Reception Area, and is generally open from 10am-3pm.
