A Journey to Wellness

Start your 2019 as you mean to go on and join us at our holistic wellness event which will bring like-minded people together to experience and learn about wellness and being your best self in 2019. This is a half day intimate event where we will be taking a deep dive into energy healing, quality group coaching session to work on your goals for 2019 and how to achieve them, mindfulness and meditation, yoga session and finishing off with a vision board segment to visualize your goals and dreams into existence.
This event is designed for people seeking holistic ways to achieve wellness in their lives and to achieve goals in 2019. If you are seeking ways to manage your stress, reduce anxiety or to just bring calmness to your life and mind and you wish to live a happier and more fulfilling life then this is the event for you. Our events are relaxed and friendly in a welcoming environment. This event has limited availability.
This event is presented by Ursula Cullen and Karina Rondon. Ursula Cullen is a Life Coach specialising in wellness in the areas of mindfulness, mindset and transformation coaching. Karina Rondon is also a Life Coach specialising in wellness in the areas of energy healing via Reiki and astrology. With their combined coaching skills, they decided to join forces for this unique wellness event to bring the most up to date wellness teachings to this event.
What do I need to bring to the event?
Just yourself and an open mind. We suggest wearing comfortable clothes for yoga and mindfulness sessions.
Who is the event open to?
Anyone wishing to meet like minded people that have an interest in achieving goals in 2019 and wellness. There is no upper or lower age limit. Everyone is welcome.
Will there be breaks?
We will have short interval breaks throughout the day with light complimentary healthy snacks and water.
