Coming to our Senses

Savour your surroundings and delight in your senses….

We spend so much our time lost in thoughts that we often fail to really notice what’s around us, and so we miss the everyday beauty and pleasure of our surroundings.

You’re invited to spend a morning nurturing your senses, really noticing what you see, taste, feel, smell and hear. We’ll spend time in led meditations that bring greater awareness to the senses, as well as mindful walking and movement, inside and outdoors (weather permitting!), and a range of mindfulness exercises, including mindful eating.

Cost: €35 (€25 Concession).
