A new 6-week course exploring how we nurture wellbeing, resilience, joy and meaning in our life.
Can happiness be strengthened? In recent years, scientific research on what influences our sense of happiness and life satisfaction has opened up possibilities for improving our wellbeing.
Through mindfulness, this course will explore our sense of happiness, and study practical exercises that can increase our positive experience of daily life.
