TAI CHI .
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art form that is like a slow motion dance with smooth, graceful, continuous movement absorbing the energy and rhythms of water, wind, earth and sky. Your feet are rooted in the earth while your upper body is open to the sky. The movement sessions include Qi Gong exercise for daily living and are accessible to everyone.
MINDFULNESS & TAI CHI – “a meditation in movement”:
While Tai Chi is excellent for health, well-being and fitness, it also has a powerful meditative aspect. It brings a state of complete mindfulness. There is a moving energy in your stillness. You move with external movement and internal energy in perfect harmony
LED BY ANNE COURTNEY: who has lived for ten years in South East Asia, where she worked as a choreographer and studied Tai Chi with Chinese masters. She has been practicing Zen meditation for many years.
