Tara Yoga Centre (www.tarayogacentre.co.uk)
Tara Yoga Centre aims to reveal traditional spirituality in its essential form, teaching not only physical techniques, but including fundamental theoretical principles which form the basis of the yoga and tantra systems.
They provide weekly classes of yoga, tantra and other spiritual disciplines. They also organize camps, workshops and other spiritual events, in order to create a framework for applying the spiritual teachings in a spiritual community.
Traditional Hatha Yoga Course
Every Wednesday from 6.30-8.00pm starting from Wednesday 22nd September

About the class
Whether you are a beginner or have practiced yoga before, at this class you will be able to enjoy two hours of traditional hatha yoga as practiced by yogis of the ancient past and as described in the major yogic treaties (i.e. Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Yoga sutras of Patanjali).
For every yoga exercise you will be given direct guidance and extensive theoretical background. You are welcome to ask questions and seek clarification at any point during the class.

Tantra Course (New to Dublin)
Starting Sunday 26th September from 2-8pm alternate weeks
The Tantric path of Love teaches us the art of true living. It reveals to us how awareness of each moment can transform our life into an ecstatic triumph, and our worlds into paradises.
When the human is trapped by daily routine it becomes a robot which isn’t capable of living life and therefore loses most of it.
TANTRA gives us our only chance: TO AWAKEN
Like the intensive yoga course it is a continuous system of teachings that can go on for as long as you like. Every week you will get new impulses – practical and/or theoretical.
Men and women will attend the course together, but they will also have the possibility for separate specific talks and workshops in order to fully evolve their unique and complementary qualities.
In the first year of tantra, you will learn:
• To increase and realise erotic potential
• The fundamental elements about subtle energies and how to master them
• Methods and techniques for personal transformation on all levels
• The first steps in developing a strong couple relationship
• The secret initiation in the use of Mantra
• How to integrate spiritual principles in everyday life
Tantra course for men
These days it is increasingly challenging for a modern man to be in contact with his masculine essence and to manifest his masculinity in a natural and harmonious way.
The purpose of this group is to awaken and strengthen the masculine qualities through different efficient techniques from the tantric tradition (e.g. hatha yoga, meditations, mental exercises and Sexual continence). The teachings will be a mix of theory, practice and homework. Individual transformation will be accelerated by the special and dynamic energy which is created and sustained by the group.
Tantra course for women
The tantra course for women is a spiritual adventure in experiencing the magic of being a woman. Shakti means in Sanskrit, feminine power, force of nature, energy. She is the expression of the eternal feminine, or the Mother Deity, unifying the femininity and maternity through her manifestation as the force of Nature.
“Love making based on mutual love, sexual continence and transfiguration allows us to easily and quickly ascend from the sphere of the physical dimension into the sphere of an essential sublime, divine and sacred dimension that in reality is revealed to be something which has always belonged to us”
