Energy healing can often sound esoteric or obscure.
But energy is a simple down to earth aspect of our experience: energy flows through us like the blood or the breath. In many ways we are unaware of its presence, and yet it is needed for life to happen. Like the sap in a plant, it is an ordinary, natural aspect of our well-being, part of the internal body rhythm.
