Another few weeks of Summer left, but before it comes to an end and you get caught up in the back-to-work/school/college activity, take a morning to relax, be quiet and let yourself be led in easeful meditations, including body and breath meditations, walking meditation and some mindful eating. Nourish your body, mind and heart with kind awareness.
