Space to Breathe: Mindfulness Workshop

Being aware of how it feels to breathe, moment by moment and breath by breath, is a simple but profound act that has many benefits, calming the mind, soothing the nervous system, and connecting us in a deep way to simply being alive.

This mindfulness workshop includes:

  •        Breathing meditations

  •         Exploring the anatomy of breathing

  •         Using the breath to quieten a busy mind

  •         Using the breath to cultivate self-compassion

 All welcome, no previous experience of meditation or mindfulness required
