Would you like to change your relationship to food and

eating?

This one day workshop explores the relationship we

have to food and to eating using the mindfulness

approach of awareness and kindness. The workshop

includes:

  • Tools to identify & respond to hunger and fullness signals

  • Re-learning the pleasure of eating without guilt

  • How to work with emotional eating

Please note: The workshop may not be suitable for anyone with an

active eating disorder. Please contact Oscailt if you’d like to attend the

workshop but are not sure if it’s suitable for you. No previous

experience of mindfulness or meditation is necessary.
