Would you like to find a way to live with ease, even with ill-health?
Pain and illness are challenging to live with, and over the years I have been teaching these Breathworks mindfulness approaches to a wide range of groups and organisations, including The Irish Heart Foundation, ME Trust and MS Ireland, helping many people to manage their health more effectively. During this workshop, you’ll be introduced to these mindfulness tools that will help you to reduce the stress of living with pain or ill-health and help you become more appreciative of the good things in your life. The workshop includes:
• Transformative body and breath awareness for relaxation, tranquillity, and to let go of tension
• The art of taking joy in simple pleasures
• How to live in the present moment and breathe into your experience, rather than tensing against it.
• How to develop self-compassion All welcome, regardless of meditation or mindfulness experience.
