About 12 years ago, the desire to reduce my stress levels led me to learn mindfulness and loving-kindness. The practice had such a transformative effect that I did teacher training in 2008 with Breathworks, and later with Bangor University. I've been teaching mindfulness at Oscailt since 2010, and I have a particular interest in Mindfulness for health conditions; loving-kindness; mindfulness teacher training; one-to-one mindfulness.
More recently I completed training to become an accredited Life and Business Coach. My experience of mindfulness and kindness is central to my approach as coach.
