Our mission at Oscailt (which means opening), is to provide services that help our clients to open themselves up to their innate capacity to enhance, maintain and restore health and well-being. Through paths such as massage, psychotherapy, mindfulness, yoga, and a range of body therapies, we offer an integrated approach to well-being. We aim to create an oasis that supports a wide-range of clients in enhancing their lives and supporting a healthy, sustainable work-life balance.
The centre is situated in an attractive, easily accessible part of the city, with ample parking, and easy access by bus and DART.
Oscailt exists to offer the wider community an integrated path to well-being at a centre of good practice that is welcoming, accessible, and home to well-qualified, accredited practitioners of a high calibre. Yet we are also a community: we strive to create an atmosphere of support and an awareness of our interconnection as practitioners.

OSCAILT ROOM RENTAL RATES
One-to-One Rooms:
Upstairs at Oscailt are our One-to-One Rooms: Crimson, Oak, Indigo, Light and Art.
These are quiet, simple but spacious rooms, designed for counsellors, psychotherapists, body-workers and anyone wishing to work with individual clients (or couples) in absolute confidentiality.
Weekdays: - 5 hrs slot (From 9am to 2pm) € 45 Full Day 9am -7pm €100
Saturday / Sunday €45 ½ Day €75 Full Day
One off Bookings € 15
The Workshop Room
At the heart of the centre is our stunning Workshop room, a simple but beautiful double space enriched by natural light and classic architecture. This room is ideal for groups, trainings and those who would appreciate the ample space.
Weekends: – Saturday & Sunday (Full days from 9am to 7pm) - € 175.
One Day of the Weekend – €100
Weekdays: 9am – 5pm €100

The Yoga Studio
Oscailt is also home to the yoga studio, a tailor-made sanctuary in the basement of the building, ideally suited to groups and body-work.

Weekdays: 9am – 5pm €100

The Oscailt Mews
With separate access, kitchen facilities and a large open plan space with natural light overlooking the Oscailt garden, the Mews makes the perfect quiet and private location for Workshops, Training and Courses.
Weekends: – Saturday & Sunday (Full days from 9am to 7pm) – € 200.
One Day of the Weekend :- €120
Weekdays: 9am – 5pm €100

The Conservatory
Our Conservatory, located in the garden at the back of the building, is a uniquely private, natural space from which to work. It is an oasis in the heart of the city, and suited for groups, meditation, and voice work.
- Weekends (including Fri from 7pm) €150
- Full weekdays (From 9 to 7pm) €90
- Evenings (From 7pm onwards) €40
There are no additional charges to advertise on our website
Bookings for Weekends will require a 50% holding deposit which will be refundable on giving one months notice of cancellation.
